Maria Kisugu Obun-Andy is a Lecturer in the Department of Mass Communication, School of Communication and Information Technology, The Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro.   She holds M.Sc. in Mass Communication, Masters in Public Administration (MPA), PGD in Public Administrations, B.Sc. in Mass Communication and HND in Secretarial Studies. She belongs to various Professional Bodies. She has many published Journals Publication, and she has attended many conferences, workshops, seminars and training. She has served in various committees within and outside the Polytechnic. She is one with a great passion for research and likes to impact knowledge and has remained humbled in relating to both staff and students. She is one who likes working tirelessly in contributing her quarter to moving The Federal Polytechnic Ilaro, to an enviable position.   Her major research interest centers on Social and Mass Media.
