Maria Kisugu Obun-Andy is a Senior Lecturer and HOD in the Department of Mass Communication, School of Communication and Information Technology, The Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro. She holds PhD in Communication Studies, M.Sc. in Mass Communication, B.Sc(ed). in Mass Communication . She belongs to various Professional Bodies. She has many publications including books, Journals Publication and she has attended many conferences, workshops, seminars and training. She has served in various committees within and outside the Polytechnic. She is one with a great passion for research and likes to impact knowledge and has remained humbled in relating to both staff and students. She is one who likes working tirelessly in contributing her quarter to moving The Federal Polytechnic Ilaro, to an enviable position. Her major research interest centers on Social and Mass Media.
